BNP Paribas Global Equities and Commodity Derivatives (GECD) offers a full range of equity and equity derivatives products towards institutional clients. Sovereign Wealth Funds, Central Banks and supranational bodies (OIC) constitute a key target client for GECD.
The position, based in Paris, consists of supporting the Managing Director in charge of Official Institutions Coverage
The Official Institutions Coverage Team is looking for an intern for 6 months.
Tasks
Integrated within the Official Institutions Coverage team in Paris, you will work on:
Sales coordination:
- preparing presentations and termsheets for clients,
- helping and coordinating Sales activity regarding sovereign wealth funds
- collaborating with Structuring to improve the global offer
Market intelligence:
- following up of sovereign wealth funds current affairs
- updating of the databases, of client descriptions, of competition data, of ISDA negociations
- writing of an internal newsletter
Profile
This internship is for a student from a business school or university :
- Customer oriented, independent, proactive with very good relationship skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent English and taste for international affairs
